Vineyards: Located on a hill in the Arteta neighborhood, in the town of Usansolo. 12 hectares of vineyard located at an altitude of 259 m. above sea level.
Variety: Hondarribi Zuri.
Elaboration: It is a wine aged on fine lees that enhances the aging process.
Breeding: The lees provide certain substances that give the wine greater intensity. They provide this wine with greater stability, giving it new aromas, improving the smoothness and unctuousness of the wine.
Tasting notes: Berez Galanta shows a clean and expressive nose with aromas of white fruit, Conference pear, Granny Smith apple, a subtle herbaceous note and a very delicate citrus touch.
On the palate, it retains a light natural effervescence, with a well-balanced interplay of fruit, sweetness and acidity, complemented by a pleasant mineral nuance.
The finish is both smooth and long, leaving a clear varietal expression with a slight bitterness and moderate alcohol weight, making it highly enjoyable and very recommendable.
Food pairing: We have created a txakoli with greater body and structure from selected grapes, designed to accompany refined Basque cuisine. Ideal with meats, fish, seafood and appetisers.
Recommended serving temperature: 7–9°C.
